CORRECTING SCRIVENER'S ERROR IN OFFER TO PURCHASE RIGHT-OF-WAY
AND EASEMENTS BETWEEN KRISTERIN MANAGEMENT CORP.AND THE CITY
OF WAUKEE [NORTHWEST AREA WATER MAIN EXTENSION PHASE 2
PROJECT[
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHOItITYOF THE CITY OF WAUICEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 21,2018,as part of the Consent Agenda,the Waukee City Council
approved an Offer to Purchase Right-of-Way and Easements between Kristerin Management
Corp.and the City of Waukee for the Northwest Area Water Main Extension Phase 2 Project
(Resolution ¹18-208);AND,
WHEREAS,a typographical error in Paragraph ¹9,Building Demolition and Removal,of the
agreement contained contradictory dollar amounts for payment by the City to the Sellers;AND,
WHEREAS,the Offer to Purchase Right-of-Way and Easements has been corrected so that the
dollar amount for building demolition and removal shall be $7,500.00.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this4'"day of June,2018,hereby approves correcting a scrivener's error in Offer to Purchase Right-
of-Way and Easements between Kristerin Management Corp.and th 'of Waukee
[Northwest Area Water Main Extension Phase 2 Project].
