RESOLUTION 18-245
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[DAYBREAK PLAT 2]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UICEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Huber Grading,Inc.,of Elkhart,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Daybreak Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Daybreak Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project
are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 18"day of June,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Daybreak Plat 2.
