RESOLUTION 18-243
APPROVING AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL CONSULTING SERVICES WITH
SNYDER &ASSOCIATES [2018-2019 MISCELLANEOUS TRAFFIC ENGINEERING
SERVICES]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Snyder &Associates,Inc.,to perform
various traffic engineering services;AND,
WHEREAS,the scope of services includes,but is not limited to,traffic counts,preparation of
funding applications,speed limit review,traffic study or signal plan review,n'affic signal
operations review,trip generation estimates,signing and pavement marking review,capacity
analysis,access/driveway review,and meeting attendance;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services between Snyder &Associates,Inc.,and the City
of Waukee,IA [2018-2019 Miscellaneous Traffic Engineering Services]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 18 day of June,
2018.
