RESOLUTION 18-253
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR PRAIRIE CROSSING TOWNHOMES
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Grayhawk Homes of Iowa,Inc.,has requested final approval of Prairie Crossing
Townhomes (the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on April 26,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Townhomes and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section I'l303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
18'"day of June,2018,that the Final Plat for Prairie Crossing Townhomes be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Gas Main Easement;and
2.Public Utility Easement.
