RESOLUTION 17-581
APPROVING THK CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
DEERY BROTHERS WAUKKK DEVELOPMENT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans havekeen submitted to the City for Decry Brothers
Waukee Development;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 18'"day of December,2017 that the Construction Drawings for Decry
Brothers Waukee Development be approved subject to rema'ing staff comme ts
