RESOLUTION 17-575
APPROVING PUBLIC GAS MAIN EASEMENT (LOTS 1-6)
[URBAN FAMILY INVESTMENT,LLC]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a preliminary plat has been approved for Legacy Pointe Townhomes Plat 9;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary to acquire a Public Gas Main Easement for purposes of constructing
improvements to Legacy Pointe Townhomes Plat 9.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
18"day of December,2017,that it hereby approves the Public Gas Main Easement (Lots 1-6)
[Urban Family Investment,LLC].
