RESOLUTION 17-580
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR SPRING CREST PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UEEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Spring Crest Partners,LLC,has requested final approval of Spring Crest Plat 1 (the
"Plat");AND
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on November 28,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Spring Crest Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
18 day of December,2017,that the Final Plat for Spring Crest Plat 1 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant &Permanent Easement
Agreement;
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Public Utility Easement;
6.Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Overland Flowage Rr Storm Sewer Easement;and
8.Landscape Buffer Easement.
