RESOLUTION 18-020
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
FRIDLEY PALMS PLAT I
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Fridley Palms Plat 1;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section I1303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 2"day of January,2018 that the Construction Drawings for Fridley Palms
Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
