RESOLUTION 18-021
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR FRIDLEY PALMS PLAT 1
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHOBITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Fridley Properties,LLC,has requested final approval of Fridley Palms Plat 1 (the
"Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on December 28,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Fridley Palms Plat I and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
2"day of January,2018,that the Final Plat for Fridley Palms Plat 1 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to remaining staff
comments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
3.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Public Overland Flowage Easement;
5.Public Utility Easement;
and6.Ingress/Egress Easement,
7.Sidewalk Easement.
