RESOLUTION 18-024
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR HY-VEE FAST &FRESH (2855 GRAND PRAIRIE
PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Fast &Fresh,subject to remaining staff comments on December 28,
2017;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Fast &Fresh is in general conformance with tj304 —Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Fast &Fresh is in general conformance with tj30L27(A)
—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 2""day of January,2017 that the Site Plan for Hy-Vee Fast &Fresh is appro d subject to
remaining staff comments.
