RESOLUTION 18-023
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE SHOPS AT KETTLESTONE NORTH PLAT 3
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,ARAC,LLC,has requested final approval of The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3 (the"Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on December 28,2017,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3 and the documents relating
thereto will comply with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this2"day of January,2018,that the Final Plat for The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3 be and the same
is hereby accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to remaining staff
comments.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to file the final
plat of The Shops at Kettlestone North Plat 3,as well as any other documents rel ted thereto,with the
Dallas County Recorder.
