APPROVING APPLICATION FOR A STATE REVOLVING FUND (SRF)LOAN
[WEST AREA TRUNK SEWER PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee proposes to submit a State Revolving Fund (SRF)loan
application to the Iowa Finance Authority for the West Area Trunk Sewer Project;AND,
WHEREAS,the filing of the loan application is in the best interest of the citizens of the City of
Waukee,Iowa,and should be authorized.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this 29
day of January,2018.
