RESOLUTION 18-049
APPROVING OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMENT ASSOCIATED WITH
CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT 2 [WAUKEE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a preliminary plat has been approved for the Clayton Estates Residential
Development;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary to acquire an overland flowage easement from an adjacent land
owner for purposes of allowing overland flowage through the adjacent property.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
5th day of February 2018,that it hereby approves the overland flowage ease ent across property
owned by Waukee Community School District.
