APPROVING AMENDMENT NO.1 TO THK AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH BOLTON 4 MENK,INC.[SUGAR CREEK
MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE IRRIGATION WELL]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on September 18,2017,the Waukee City Council approved an Agreement for
Professional Consulting Services with Bolton k Menk,Inc.,related to the Sugar Creek
Municipal Golf Course Irrigation Well (Resolution ¹17-452);AND,
WHEREAS,Bolton k Menk,Inc.has provided the City with an Amendment No.1 to the
Agreement for Professional Consulting Services [Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course Irrigation
Well];AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Supplemental Agreement and finds it
satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Amendment No.I to the Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Bolton &Menk
[Sugar Creek Municipal Golf Course Irrigation Well]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5 ay of February,
2018.
