RESOLUTION 18-055
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATE
REPRESENTATIVE AND EX-OFFICIO TO THE CENTRAL IOWA REGIONAL
DRINKING WATER COMMISSION (CIRDWC)FOR 2018
1N THE NAMEAND BYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CJTYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,on January 2,2018,Mayor William F.Peard appointed Council Member
Larry Lyon as City of Waukee representative to the Central Iowa Regional Drinking
Water Commission (CIRDWC);AND,
WHEREAS,CIRDWC has also requested appointment of an alternate representative and
ex-officio to the Commission;AND,
WHEREAS,for the calendar year 2018,Mayor William F.Peard appoints Public Works
Director John Gibson as the alternate representative and Assistant Public Works Director
of Operations Tim Royer as the ex-officio to CIRDWC.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 5 day of February,2018,that it hereby approves the Mayor's appointments
to the Central Iowa Regional Drinking Water Commission (CIRDWC).
