RESOLUTION 18-060
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT I
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITI'OF 8'A UKEE,IOP'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Stratford Crossing
Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 5 day of February,2018 that the Construction Drawings for Stratford
Crossing Plat 1 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
