RESOLUTION 18-045
APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH SHIVE-HATTKRY
[WKSTOWN MEADOWS PARK MASTER PLAN]
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEA IITHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to retain the services of Shive-Hattery related to master planning
of Westown Meadows Park;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Agreement for Professional Consulting
Services and finds it satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Professional Services Agreement with Shive-Hattery [Westown Meadows Park Master Plan]is
hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 5 day of February,
2018.
