RESOLUTION 18-071
APPROVING OVERLAND FLOWAGE EASEMKNT [R.M.MADDEN
CONSTRUCTION,INC.]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,a final plat has been approved for Drew's Addition Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,it is necessary to acquire an overland flowage easement from the property owner
for purposes of draining surface water through the properties to an existing drainage area.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
20"day of February,2018,that it hereby approves the overland flowage easement across
property owned by R.M.Madden Construction,Inc.
