RESOLUTION 18-069
APPROVING AMENDMKNT TO AN AGREEMKNT FOR PROFESSIONAL
CONSULTING SERVICES WITH CONFLUENCE [WAUKEE DOG PARK PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,on May 15,2017,the Waukee City Council approved an Agreement for
Professional Consulting Services with Confluence related to the Waukee Dog Park Project
(Resolution ¹17-245);AND,
WHEREAS,Confluence has provided the City with an Amendment to an Agreement for
Professional Consulting Services with Confluence [Waukee Dog Park Project];AND,
WHEREAS,the City Attorney has reviewed the Supplemental Agreement and finds it
satisfactory;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee that the
Amendment to an Agreement for Professional Consulting Services with Confluence [Waukee
Dog Park Project]is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa,and approved the 20 day of February,
2018.
