AWARDING QUOTE [LITTLE WALNUT CREEK TRUNK SEWER PHASE 3/
INDI RUN TRUNK SEWER PROJECT,TREE FELLING]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF IYAUICEE,IONA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE,IOWA:
That the following quote for certain public improvements described in general as the Little
Walnut Creek Trunk Sewer Phase 3/Indi Run Trunk Sewer Project,Tree Felling,and described
in the Request for Quotes that was provided to vendors be and is hereby accepted,the same being
the lowest responsible quote received for such work,as follows:
Contractor:Turnbull's Tree Service,LC,of Norwalk,IA
Amount of quote:$4,500.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Tree Felling Project award is contingent upon the
completion of the City of Waukee's acquisition of all easements related to and necessary for the
Little Walnut Creek Trunk Sewer Phase 3/Indi Run Trunk Sewer Project.
