RESOLUTION 18-121
APPROVING THE EXERCISE OF THK OPTION TO PURCHASE LAND FROM
PHILLIPS-HAMILTON,INC.
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,on or about the 24th day of August 2017,the City and Phillips-Hamilton,
Inc.entered into an Option to Purchase (the "Option Agreement")with regard to certain
real estate located within the City;AND,
WHEREAS,the City desires to exercise its first option to purchase as stated in
paragraph 4.a.of the Option Agreement;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED,by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 19 day of March,2018,that the Mayor or Finance Director is authorized to
execute any and all documents necessary to exercise the first option to purchase real
estate owned by Phillips-Hamilton,Inc.as contained at paragraph 4..f the Option
Agreement.
