RESOLUTION 18-161
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 9]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UICEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch Corporation of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Glynn Village Plat 9;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Glynn Village Plat 9 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 16"day of April,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Glynn Village Plat 9.
