RESOLUTION 18-165
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 3
INTHENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAU1CEE,IONA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Stratford Crossing
Plat 3;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 16 day of April,2018 that the Construction Drawings for Stratford
Crossing Plat 3 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
