APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR AUTUMN RIDGE CLUBHOUSE (1155 SE OLSON
DRIVE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Clubhouse,subject to remaining staff comments on May 8,
2018;AND&
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Clubhouse is in general conformance with tj304-
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Clubhouse is in general conformance with
$30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 21"day of May,2018 that the Site Plan for Autumn Ridge Clubhouse is approved subject to
remaining staff comments.
