RESOLUTION IS-207
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE SHOPS A KETTLESTONK NORTH PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Shops at
Kettlestone North Plat 4;AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and
City staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land
Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,
Iowa on this 21"day of May,2018 that the Construction Drawings for The Shops at
Kettlestone North Plat 4 be approved subject to remaining staff comments.
