RESOLUTION 18-363
APPROVING THE GRADING &SITE UTILITY PLANS FOR
MORGAN PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'2 UKEE,IOV'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,grading and site utility plans have been submitted to the City for Morgan Plat 1
AND,
WHEREAS,the grading and site utility plans have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City
staff,and are found to be in general conformance with section t'1303 -Land Subdivision
Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4 day of September,2018 that the grading and site utility plans for Mor t 1 be
approved.
