RESOLUTION 18-358
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PRAIRIE CROSSING PLAT 7
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Prairie Crossing Plat 7;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4'"day of September,2018 that the Construction Drawings for Pra''
ing Plat 7 be
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
