RESOLUTION 18-361
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SHADOW CREEK CAR WASH (870 NE DOUGLAS
PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended denial of the
Site Plan for Shadow Creek Car Wash on July 10,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Shadow Creek Car Wash is in general conformance with $304—
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Shadow Creek Car Wash is in general conformance with
$30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 4 day of September,2018 that the Site Plan for Shadow Creek C 's proved.
