RESOLUTION 18-359
APPROVING EASEMENTS RELATED TO STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 4 [RACCOON
RIVER VALLEY TRAIL)
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,108'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee has previously approved a preliminary plat for Stratford Crossing
Plat 4 which includes property adjacent to the Raccoon River Valley Trail owned by Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,as a part of development of the plat,certain easements are necessary related to
improvements and grading on the Raccoon River Valley Trail property;AND,
WHEREAS,Dallas County Board of Supervisors have agreed to provide the following easements for
the completion of improvements associated with Stratford Crossing Plat 4:
1.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
2.Overland Flowage Easement;
3.Public Storm Sewer Easement;
4.Trail Access Easement;
5.Roadway Easement.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
4'"day of September,2018,that the easements related to Stratford Crossing Plat cross the Raccoon
River Valley Trail are hereby accepted and approved by the City Co 'o t tty of Waukee.
