RESOLUTION 18-272
APPROVING THE MAYOR'S APPOINTMENT OF CITIZEN MEMBERS TO THK
LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR THREE-YEAR TERMS TO END JUNE 30,
2021;AND A CITIZEN MEMBER TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF TRUSTEES FOR
AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING JUNE 30,2020
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA USE,IOS'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,each year the mayor must appoint or reappoint citizen members to those boards
which have appointments scheduled to expire or unexpired terms;AND,
WHEREAS,Waukee Public Library Trustee Tessa Kirsch is unable to complete her term,
scheduled to expire June 30,2020;AND,

following appointments to the Library

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2"day of July,2018,that the mayor's appointments to the Library Board f Trustees are hereby
approved.
