RESOLUTION 18-261
ESTABLISHING WAGE OR SALARY RATE REVISIONS FOR NON-REPRESENTED
CITY OF WAUKEE EMPLOYEES AS OF JULY 1,2018
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UICEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County;
AND,
WHEREAS,on June 4,2018,the Waukee City Council approve proposed wages and salaries
for Fiscal Year 2019 for City employees whose positions are not represented by the City of
Waukee Collective Bargaining Unit (Resolution ¹18-238);AND,
WHEREAS,several revisions to the rates are proposed to reflect reconsiderations of previously
approved wages/salaries,a promotion which moves an employee from the non-represented scale,
a promotion which moves an employee into the non-represented scale,the removal of a former
employee from the non-represented scale,and the removal of a seasonal employee who does not
qualify for the non-represented scale;
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
2""day of July,2018,hereby approves and establishes wage and salary rate revisions for non-
represented City employees,according to Exhibit A,hereto attached,and made part of this
resolution;AND,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said wage and salary rates shall be in effect of July 1,
2018.
