RESOLUTION 18-268
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
THE RESERVE AT DAYBREAK PLAT 1
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for The Reserve at Daybreak
Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,the consnuction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 2"day of July,2018 that the Construction Drawings for The Reserve at Daybreak Plat 1 be
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
