RESOLUTION 18-299
APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR SOMERSET OAKS PHASE 2 (700 NE DOUGLAS
PARKWAY)
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUI EE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks Phase 2,subject to remaining staff comments on July 10,2018;
AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks Phase 2 is in general conformance with tj304-
Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks Phase 2 is in general conformance with
$30L27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,iowa on
this 16 day of July,2018 that the Site Plan for Somerset Oaks Phase 2 is approved subject to
remaining staff comments.
