RESOLUTION 18-312
APPROVING CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S APPOINTMENT OF PUBLIC
WORKS DIRECTOR/CITY ENGINEER,EFFECTIVE OCTOBER I,2018
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Public Works Director John Gibson is schedule to retire from employment
with the City of Waukee as of September 30,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,following the solicitation and review of applications for the position,City
Administrator Tim Moerman recommends the appointment of Rudy Koester as Public
Works Director/City Engineer;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Waukee,Iowa on the
6 of August,2018,does hereby approve the appointment of Rudy Koester as Public
Works Director/City Engineer,effective October 1,2018.
