RESOLUTION 18-319
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 4
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,construction plans have been submitted to the City for Stratford Crossing Plat 4;
AND,
WHEREAS,the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 6"day of August,2018 that the Construction Drawings for Stratford Crossing Plat 4 be
approved subject to approval of easements by the Dallas County Board of Supervis s.
