RESOLUTION 18-307
APPROVING THK FINAL PLAT FOR WAUKEE HIGH SCHOOL ¹2 FINAL PLAT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UI:EE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,has requested final approval of Waukee High School ¹2 Final Plat
(the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on July 10,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Waukee High School ¹2 and the documents relating thereto will
comply with Section tj303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
6'"day of August,2018,that the Final Plat for Waukee High school ¹2 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee subject to receipt and review of all
legal documents for the Plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Public Water Main Easement;
2.Public Utility Easement;
3.Public Storm Sewer Easment;
4.Public Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5.Electric Easement;
6.Private Storm Sewer Easement;
7.Detention Easement.
