RESOLUTION 18-367
APPROVING TEMPORARY COMPENSATION FOR THK
INTERIM HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUI EE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator has appointed Human Resource Specialist Toni Coughlin to
act as Interim Human Resource Director,in addition to her regular duties;AND,
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the City Administrator and Waukee City Council to provide
appropriate compensation related to the employee's performance of those additional duties for
the period during which she shall act as Interim Human Resource Director.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
10'"day of September,2018,that Toni Coughlin be temporarily compensated at a rate of $40.34
per hour,effective September 1,2018,and continuing for the period she serves as Interim
Human Resource Director.
