RESOLUTION 18-338
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT I]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Clive,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Clayton Estates Plat 1;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Clayton Estates Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20"day of August,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Clayton Estates Plat 1.
