RESOLUTION 18-342
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT 2
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IOIYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,RMCA,L.L.C.,has requested final approval of Clayton Estates Plat 2 (the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on June 12,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Clayton Estates Plat 2 and the documents relating thereto will comply
with Section )303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this
20'"day of August,2018,that the Final Plat for Clayton Estates Plat 2 be and the same is hereby
accepted and approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Warranty Deed;
3.Overland Flowage Easement;

Sanitary Sewer asement;
Public Utility Easement;
Storm Sewer Easement;and
Landscape Buffer Easement
