RESOLUTION 18-339
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 10]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE 2 UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IO8'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch Corp.of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Glynn Village Plat 10;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Glynn Village Plat 10 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 20 day of August,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Glynn Village Plat 10.
