RESOLUTION 18-343
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR INDI RUN PLAT 1
IN THE NAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,Indi Run,L.L.C.,has requested final approval of Indi Run Plat 1 (the "Plat");AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat
on June 12,2018,subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents;AND,
WHEREAS,the Final Plat for Indi Run Plat 1 and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section $303 -Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on this20'"day of August,2018,that the Final Plat for Indi Run Plat 1 be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements
and documents to be filed with the Plat:
1.Warranty Deed;
2.Overland Flowage Easement;
3.Sanitary Sewer Easement;
4.Public-Utility Easement,
5.Storm Sewer Easement;and
6.Storm Water Management Facility Maintenance Covenant ik Permanent Easement
