RESOLUTION 18-348
APPROVING THK SITE PLAN FOR TOMMY'S CAR WASH (180 SE ALICE'S ROAD)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Tommy's Car Wash,subject to remaining staff comments on August 14,2018;
AND)
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Tommy's Car Wash is in general conformance with I'l304 —Site
and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Tommy's Car Wash is in general conformance with $30L27(A)—
Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 20 day of August,2018 that the Site Plan for Tommy's Car Wash is approved.
