RESOLUTION 18-398
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[GLYNN VILLAGE PLAT 11]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOUS
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,McAninch Corp.of Des Moines,IA,has completed the public
improvements associated with Glynn Village Plat 11;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Glynn Village Plat 11 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1"day of October,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Glynn Village Plat 11.
