APPROVING THE SITE PLAN FOR STONE PRAIRIE PLAT 4 PHASE 2 (2335 SE L.A.
GRANT PARKWAY)
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHOR1TY OF THE CITY OF IYA UKEE,10IYA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of
the Site Plan for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase 2,subject to remaining staff comments on September
11,2018;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase 2 is in general conformance with (304
—Site and Building Development Standards Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
WHEREAS,the Site Plan for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase 2 is in general conformance with
$301.27(A)—Landscaping and Open Space Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code;AND,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of aukee,Iowa on
this 1"day of October,2018 that the Site Plan for Stone Prairie Plat 4 Phase '
approved.
