RESOLUTION 18-397
ACCEPTING IMPROVEMENTS
[WEST AREA TRUNK SEWER PHASE 1 CLEARING AND
GRUBBING PROJECT]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'A UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,J.Pettiecord,Inc.,of Bondurant,IA,has completed the improvements
associated with the West Area Trunk Sewer Phase 1 Clearing and Grubbing Project;
AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
West Area Trunk Sewer Phase 1 Clearing and Grubbing Project and confirm that said
improvements constructed as a part of this project are in general conformance with the
Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 1"day of October,2018,that it hereby accepts the improvements associated
with the West Area Trunk Sewer Phase 1 Clearing and Grubbing Project.
