RESOLUTION 18-497
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[CLAYTON ESTATES PLAT 2]
IN THENAMEAND BY THEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF 8'AUKEE,IOH'A
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Clive,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Clayton Estates Plat 2;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of
Clayton Estates Plat 2 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this
project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of
Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council '
session this 3'day of December,2018,that it hereby accepts the public 'ro ents
associated with Clayton Estates Plat 2.
