RESOLUTION 19-001
APPROVING CERTIFICATION TRAINING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMKNT BETWEEN CHRISTOPHER KICKBUSH AND THE CITY OF
WAUKEE,IA
IN THENAMEANDBYTHEAUTHORITYOF THE CITYOF WAUKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Police Department has made an offer of employment as a Police
Officer to Christopher Kickbush,who has accepted the position;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to fulfill his duties as a Waukee Police Officer,Mr.Kickbush is
required to undergo training through the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy;AND;
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of a Certification Training Expense
Reimbursement Agreement to address matters related to Mr.Kickbush's training;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 7"day of January,2019,that the Certification Training Expense Reimbursement
Agreement between Christopher Kickbush and the City of Waukee,IA,is hereby accepted
and approved.
