RESOLUTION 18-464
APPROVING CERTIFICATION TRAINING EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN DACE RICHARDSON AND THE CITY OF WAUKEE,IA
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized
Municipal Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the Waukee Police Department has made an offer of employment as a Police
Officer to Dace Richardson,who has accepted the position;AND,
WHEREAS,in order to fulfill his duties as a Waukee Police Officer,Mr.Richardson is
required to undergo training through the Iowa Law Enforcement Academy;AND;
WHEREAS,City staff recommends approval of a Certification Training Expense
Reimbursement Agreement to address matters related to Mr.Richardson's training;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session
this 19'"day of November,2018,that the Certification Training Expense Reimbursement
Agreement between Dace Richardson and the City of Waukee,IA,is y epted and
approved.
