RESOLUTION 18-378
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[INDI RUN PLAT I]
IN THE NAME AND BY THEA UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE,IOWA
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County;AND,
WHEREAS,Priority Excavating of Clive,IA,has completed the public improvements
associated with Indi Run Plat I;AND,
WHEREAS,City Engineers have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of Indi
Run Plat 1 and confirm that said improvements constructed as a part of this project are in
general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17'"day of September,2018,that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with Indi Run Plat 1.
