APPROVING REVISED JOB DESCRIPTION [HUMAN RESOURCE DIRECTOR]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF 8'AUKEE,IOS'2
WHEREAS,the City of Waukee,Dallas County,State of Iowa,is a duly organized Municipal
Organization;AND,
WHEREAS,the job description for Human Resource Director has been reviewed and revised to
better reflect the duties and requirements of the position;AND,
WHEREAS,the City Administrator recommends approval of the job description revision.
NOW THEREFORE BK IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee,Iowa on
this 17"'day of September,2018,that it hereby approves the revised job description for Human
Resource Director,
